WONDERLAND.. no wonder I felt lost..

Been doing this for the past weeks of farming the prospect list (darn boring job), and preparing the e-flyer for the homemade dessert: WONDERLAND Sea Bird Nest.

I must say the challenge for this is really finding the right information to be use in public. Sea Bird Nest (Eucheuma Conttonii) is not a new product in Malaysia, especially for most of the housewives/husband. My first experience of it was in Tawau with a distant relative of mine. While the taste is bearable, the texture is rather bad; and if you leave it unattended, be prepared to have a bowl of pudding instead of a beverage.

Comparing the viscosity (of the unattended beverage) to a bowl of bird nest, it seems the collagen in Sea Bird Nest are much more higher, probably that's why they only maintain in a physical form in a saline environment or when dried. While it's known for the collagen properties and other mineral benefits, I've yet to find any reputable sources claiming them. If you were to dig the web, there are couple of sources talking about the health benefit, seems rather meh to me.

So here is step 1: to sell, and step 2: once achieve the minimum quota, I'll be sending it for nutritional testing and claims.

Back to step 0: here's a marketing 101 of A-B test with 2 sets of creative:
