squeeze this december

scene:
In the gray shade world where light is only found sky high. Only a fair light can be seen through the clouds and mist that covers the shady earth. Trees are left with an empty bark, with the dried weeds that surrounded it.

On top of a tree a pair of red eyes appears. Pointy crimson eyes stares far up to the sky and down to the horizon, life other than the pair of eyes is no where to be found.
The eyes move slowly out from the shade, its shadowy body follows.

lyrics:
This is my December, this is my time of the year
This is my December, this is all so clear
This is my December, this is my snow covered home
This is my December, this is me alone

scene:
The shadow crawl down from the tree, as it moves critters scatters from the dried grass. It lie it body low among the grass, only a glim of its crimson eyes can be seen moving among the grass.

lyrics:
And I (Just wish that I didn't feel like there was something I missed)
And I (Take back all the things I said to make you feel like that)
And I (Just wish that I didn't feel like there was something I missed)
And I (Take back all the things that I said to you)

scene:
On one of the grass hold a small bird nest, hanging delicately among the weak dried grass. Inside the nest kept an adult bird and two of its chick. On the beak of the bird held a small insect, the two skinny and featherless little birds look up and knock each other off to get the first bite of the insect. From the a small hole on the nest the birds saw the distance eyes. The shadow draw close to the nest, still keeping its body in the grass. The closer it gets, the slower it move.

Just a few more meters from the nest, it stood still. The pair of eyes looking at the nest, hungry as it is or mean as it is; it stare at the nest. Time stood still at that moment. The nest that seems to move when the wind blow now stood still, even the little injured locust that was thrown down in to the nest has its wings held back.

lyrics:
And I'd give it all away
Just to have somewhere to go to
Give it all away
To have someone to come home to

This is my December
These are my snow covered trees
This is me pretending
This is all I need

And I (Just wish that I didn't feel like there was something I missed)
And I (Take back all the things I said to make you feel like that)
And I (Just wish that I didn't feel like there was something I missed)
And I (Take back all the things that I said to you)

scene:
Time slowly pick up it pace, the locust that flips it wings start to run for its life from the host that freeze themselves from that pair of eyes. Avoiding death may be one key of survival in this barren, or not having your meal escape is how you survive. The birds jump and peck the locust down, the movement shake the nest and alarmed the eyes. The shadow pounce on to it.

The nest falls and the shadow bite on its prey, it roll on the ground fighting with its prey; a life so small yet, fight to survive on a future that they does not know, the fight slowly dies down.

lyrics:
And I'd give it all away
Just to have somewhere to go to
Give it all away
To have someone to come home to

This is my December
This is my time of the year
This is my December
This is all so clear

scene:
The shadow move its body and get on to its legs, on its mouth blood drips slowly. The blood flows along the scale of its prey, going from the head to the tail. The shadow look up at the clouds, still catching its breath from the last fight; with one more bite on its prey, the head fall off dropping next to the nest.

The shadow scans the area, and hurried off to where it hides. The trail left behind is no more than few drops of blood and the grass that moves when the wind blew.

lyrics:
Give it all away
Just to have somewhere to go to
Give it all away
To have someone to come home to
