3 big...

1st is BIG...
What is the best thing that you can do in oldtown cafe?, drink Kopi-O or Teh-C? Or would the sticky rice be your choice? Or are you looking forward for something hot, but still a sticky rice? Yes? No?

If yes, here is your choice, the old town cafe curry chicken sticky rice. A scoop of sticky rice that covers half of the plate, the texture so soft and sticky that it melt in your mouth, a curry that is so sweet that you just fall in love with it. The chicken that is so tender that two pieces they give you is never enough.

Life never be so wonderful with old town cafe curry chicken sticky rice. The soft rice with the curry gravy on it. The taste that will never be satisfy after just a single plate. Behold, the old town curry chicken sticky rice!

Hmn...The rice, the curry, the chicken..

What I said is real, half the plate, yes, indeed. The length of the plate is the length of the spoon. Both fork and spoon is at the equal length. The bowl that fill with the curry chicken is just as big as the bowl that holds the won-ton when you order dried won-ton noodles. And this miserable thing cost you RM6.30 before the taxed.

This miserable piece of rice will just cost you RM6.30

How big is that now?

2nd is BIG-ger...
It was near 7pm when I was on the way to old town old town cafe, with the empty stomach I go around looking for a parking spot at this busy day, most shop is pack with people, those with their family crowd the restaurant, while some wait patiently for their seat. Right beside old town cafe was a remote stall of fried keuy teow, an old man is there cooking (as fast as he could) while all his customers making a line behind him that be it drizzling in the night. For twice I passes there for twice the line never seems getting shorter.

The stall is just 20 steps away from old town cafe and old town cafe is just empty, few tables with the same drinks all the time. While walking in to the shop people doesn't really care about you, customers over there are just minding their own business, the waiters look at you with the eyes "come in or just walk out, damn, today is a long long day."

I walk slowly to the biggest thing for that day and sat myself down. This move does not seems to bother the waiter, I took the menu and browse through a few page, called a waiter, again no one seems bother. Surprise I look around and found out that there is 3 waiter who stand by the door and 4 others in the kitchen who is just talking among themselves.

I put my palm on my face, shaking my head and questioning myself how come this shop still survive?

Bigger?
