the 3 S' of healthy lifestyle

We does not really care how healthy our lifestyle is when we are being served good food and good drinks. Having good food does not occur daily, but it defiantly is good when all the good that you waited come together in a single week.

Now having too much of good sometimes just spoils the best, when you ended having a fever and diarrhea after that week. Going to Sabah is unexpectedly too overwhelming, a lot for me to learn, and a lot for me to eat.

The first S is Sick, you need to be sick before you even have a healthy lifestyle. You don't need to be really sick, the condition of unwell, having some slight fever and running nose will be sufficient to learn a lesson of what unhealthy lifestyle leads to you.

The second S is Shit, the waste discharge process and the art of bowel movement control. In this S, you learn about the hardship of overcoming the bad in order to find yourself better again for those good in life.

The third S is Sleep, the only place that you will find comfort after all the sneezing, sweating, and shitting. Sleep is the one of the curing method for arse sore and you will have a very good sleep which the next day is defiantly good for you.

So still looking for a healthy lifestyle? Forget about the health suppliments that your upline tell you so and start focusing in getting sick.
