Izzi promotion at apiit recently, but i have not much intention of digging in it, one of the promoter apparently told me that he is not a IT person which therefore did not comment much about it. Yet still he did follow the rules and say what he is paid for.

well said, but i forgot to tell him that i went to the ss14 digital mall promotion before. me bad. any how as much concern, users like me who love to have a walk around the piratebay will always prefer having a smooth broadband connection without the throttle part.
being lazy as usual, i just did try to check the connection using at speedtest.net, give the result download of 200++kbps and upload of 50++kps (nope..just too shy to get 1..), taking in consideration that its a centrino 1.7Ghz, integrate VGA and having speedtest.net is a flashbase site, i just cant understand how it get way low from the stated 1Mbps.
hmn... maybe not everything in this world is perfect huh.
