working night shift

having stright 2 months of night shift do wear me out. expcially when i need to head 30km for another task, ouch.. sitting infront of computer, mostly doing nothing (but if you called blogging something then it is something), well.. other than reply mail and reciving calls basically you just need to keep yourself awake through out the 9hrs from 11pm till the next morning, so it do need some skill to keep yourself wide awake.

so here is some tips to help you if ever you got stuck in for night shift or being called for overtime during the night.
1) coffee, tea or sushi. quite a company for most men that gotta stay long in the night, coffee if you get addicted like me, it wont help you much. i can have a double shot expresso then doze off in 30 min, hell so i choose the complextion of tea and sushi, having a hot tea in the cool night does bring your weariness away, getting along with sushi does also fine, try not to take cold soba (if you ever get addicted to it, then it takes a long long long long long long time to get it off, least you got a ache after having it.)

2)sky juice or milk, both are the same giving the same effect, just that milk gaves you more protein then the other. having drink does help you from getting dehydrate as sitting at least 8hr in an air-conditional room does make you feel dry. if given a choice of tea between milk, i would have milk, taste good with cookies and bread.

3) entertaiment, this is a must, no matter what happen, you will still need it. does not count that if you need it or not but still keep it as a must, forum, jokes or anything, as long as it takes away the boredom that you are having its fine, working late in evening is dull, bored and least happening, so be ready to see the sleeping part of the world where you work, shops are close, homes are doze.

4)jacket or something to keep you warm, remember that not to bring a pillow else you wont be waking up till the next morning, if you had live the 10 or 20 years in your live at the board day light, then it should be tiring to stay in the night, the body alarm will goes to snooze once reach the time when you should be sleeping, take 15 to 30mins break if you cant, but still keeping warm is a good way as it is to blog (making finger running A to Z does keep you awake, try blogging if you doesnt know what to do.)

5)doze off, it wont hurt to take a 5 mins nap, tell your supervisor that you are thinking of new idea or making plans for the future if he wakes you up, prepare a pepper spray if you can, self defence is a must to doze off in the night.

well, that few ways to take yourself in the night, watch porn does help, dont overdo it or be prepare for a letter, but still coffee and sushi is the best..
